About Mikey V

Michael Valencia, AKA Mikey V, is a self-taught chef and has been creating hot sauces, salsas, and food for his family since the early age of 13.

Michael and his wife Tanya have been running Mikey V's Hot Sauce Shop since 2015. Since then they have also opened up their own taco joint in 2022, Mikey V's Tacos On The Square & Hot Sauce Shop.
